This course is designed to provide the participant advanced nutritional information to help athletes reach their optimal performance potentials. Facts and fallacies will be explored from a sports point of view. Topics to be covered include Nutrition for endurance athletes, nutrition for strength and power, energy production and metabolism, supplements facts and fads, and many topics related to the different methods of athletic training.
