Lifestyle Fitness Coach is a Life Coaching certification course with an emphasis on stress management, health care, and wellness.
Participants will gain knowledge in the field of well-being, psychological health, mental training and positive thinking, health and fitness coaching, and best-proven ways to help others reach their optimal human potentials.
